BOONE, Iowa—The Boone City Wide Clean-up begins on the north side of the city the week of June 3rd. Boone Public Works Director John Rouse said residents should try to set items out Sunday, June 2nd to avoid being missed. Rouse was on the KWBG “Tuned In” program with Administrator Bill Skare Wednesday. Both said the program has been successful and has been streamlined over the past several years. Many may have missed the city’s April Newsletter which contained information about the citywide clean up. The news letter can be accessed here.
