BOONE, Iowa—The Boone County Road Department will have a crew working on guardrail installation on 216th Drive, near the top of the hill on the west side of the Des Moines River.
Crews will be installing guardrail along E-41 approximately 300 feet east of Jonquil Lane starting Thursday, October 23rd. One lane closure with portable traffic signals will be utilized. The work is expected to be completed Friday, October 24th. Please use caution when traveling through the work zone.
