The Boone Toreador boys’ basketball team came up short Friday, December 19, dropping a 46-36 decision at Bondurant-Farrar in a Raccoon River Conference game.
Brandon Holm scored 8 points (3/11 FG, 2/6 3PT).
Landon Myers had 8 points (3/11 FG, 2/3 FT), 12 rebounds and 2 blocks.
Cole Christeson ended with 7 points (3/12 FG, 1/8 3PT) and 3 assists.
Hendrix Moorman had 7 points, 5 rebounds and 1 block.
Boone is now 0-4 in the conference and 2-4 overall, while Bondurant-Farrar improves to 1-4 in league play and 1-4 overall.
The Boone girls’ basketball team also lost to Bondurant-Farrar earlier in the evening, 49-26.
Boone travels to Winterset on Friday, January 2, for another conference matchup.
The girls play at 6:00 p.m., followed by the boys at about 7:30 p.m.
