BOONE, Iowa—FFA members at Boone High School competed in Sub-District Leadership Career Development Events on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Iowa Central Community College in Ft. Dodge. This level of competition, which includes 9 area schools (Ames, Ogden, Gilbert, Webster City, Jewell, Humboldt, Gowrie, Clarion-Goldfield-Dows, and Eagle Grove), is the first round of qualification with the top 2 schools in each area advancing to North Central District competition on March 7, 2020.
