Friday evening from 5 to 9 the Boone Firefighters Association will be holding a fundraiser at Boone Valley Brewing Company. They will be selling shirts featuring Truck 8-66, the 2007 platform aerial ladder truck that was custom built for Boone. In honor of the Firefighters, the local brewery has created “Platform Pilsner.” There will also be a food truck on site during the event.
