The Boone girls’ soccer team shut out Greene County, 9-0, Tuesday, April 8 at Goeppinger Field.
The Toreadors scored 5 goals in the 1st half and added 4 more in the 2nd half.
Macy Chesnut led the team with 4 goals, and Emma Thomas added 3 goals.
Morgan Chesnut and Bry Morgan also had 1 goal each.
The assists were well distributed as Addie Tungesvik, Macy Chesnut, Morgan Chesnut and Thomas all had 2 and Jenna Johnson added 1.
Ava Johnson had 1 save.
The win brings Boone’s record to 2-1, and Greene County fell to 0-3.
The Toreadors travel to Carlisle for a match at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10.
