The Boone girls’ soccer team took Ballard to a 5-5 tie Wednesday, April 16, at Huxley.
The Toreadors were up, 2-0, at halftime.
Ballard scored 5 times in the 2nd half, but Boone was able to score 3 additional goals to keep the game tied.
Four individuals scored for the Toreadors.
Macy Chesnut had 2 goals while Kaylee Chesnut, Emma Thomas and Cadence Heggen had 1 goal each.
Boone’s record stands at 2-3-1 while Ballard is 0-5-1.
Boone will host Perry (3-3-1) Friday, April 18 at Goeppinger Field.
