BOONE, Iowa—The Boone Municipal Band will perform it’s third regular concert, Wednesday evening at the Herman Park Pavilion. This weeks selections will include Anitschka, Washington Post March, Our Yesterdays Lengthen Like Shadows, The Beauty and the Beast, Cinema Paradiso (Sax Solo) and Sea Wise March. Again this week, a small group has been scheduled to perform.
The Boone Municipal Band performs Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. at the Herman Park Pavilion. Director Chris Truckenmiller says the Band plays rain or shine and he suggests fans bring lawn chairs and maybe some bug spray and be ready to enjoy and ice cream social.
