BOONE, Iowa—The Boone Municipal Band regular Wednesday concert will be for the kids. Director Chris Truckenmiller says the music will have a children’s theme. Some of the selections to be performed include Kid-Cam the Rocketman, Lassus Trombone, Video Games Live, Selections from Aladdin, the Pokemon Theme Song and more.
The Municipal Band, under the direction of Chris Truckenmiller, will perform at the Herman Park Pavilion on Wednesday evening beginning at 7:30. There will be an ice cream social. Bring your lawn chairs or bleacher seats if you wish. Concerts are held rain or shine.
