The 5th ranked Boone Toreadors are heading to state after a convincing 12-0 win over Sergeant Bluff Luton on Tuesday Night. The Toreadors scored early and often and in the bottom of the 4th inning, Zoey Hightshoe’s RBI single scored Alex McDonough with the run rule winning run. Boone will enter the 4A State Tournament with a record of 26-8 and take on Carlisle, Tuesday July 20th at 1:30pm.
