BOONE, Iowa—Ogden School District voters selected Lauren Britton and Kelly Merritt to fill positions on the Ogden School Board. Tina Palmer finished third in polling Tuesday. Britton received 568 votes. Merritt, an incumbent board member, received 399 votes. Palmer received 247 votes.
Ogden School District voters did approve extending the district’s Physical Plant and Equipment Levy by a 482 to 199 margin. The other public question was the district’s revenue purpose statement with 540 yes votes to 132 no votes.
Election results are unofficial until canvased by the Boone County Board of Supervisors next week.
