BOONE, Iowa—In Loving Memory of Carol Lee Pautsch
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Carol Lee Pautsch, born August 26, 1970, who left us far too soon.
Carol was a vibrant soul, known for her fun-loving spirit, mischievous nature, and wild ideas. She had the kind of dynamic personality that brought joy, laughter, and a touch of thrill to everyone whose lives she touched. Throughout her life, she carried a childlike essence; her laughter could fill a room, and her unforgettable stories left lasting impressions.
Carol lived life on her own terms, bold, creative, and full of heart. She was never one to follow rules or conform to societal norms. She had a passion for country music, especially the songs of Garth Brooks and Shania Twain. She loved watching horror films, going camping, working on puzzles, and spending time with her neighbors and friends.
She leaves behind her five children: Jeffery, Christopher, Jacob, Christina, and Sammy. She is also survived by her loving sister and best friend, Juli, her other sisters Connie, Bobbi, Cindy, and Melissa; her brothers Mikey and Freddy; her niece Katy and nephew Ryan, along with many more nieces and nephews. She is mourned by her biological mother, Barb, and her adopted mother, Ilene.
Carol was preceded in death by her biological father, Robert, her adopted father, Craig, and her aunt, Carol.
Carol’s memory will live on in the laughter she sparked, the stories she told, and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
