He points out that once phase 2 is completed work will move north of the railroad tracks and continue to 11th Street. Tory McKay, YSS Kids Club Program, talks about the busy summer that will be transitioning to Before and After School services with the start of the new school year. She noted that there are very few spaces available in Boone and Ogden, but United has more space available. She also said the search is on for staff to meet the demand, especially After School.
