Eli Stines, Boone Mayor talks about Boone City Council Meeting. He talked about the Proclamations at the beginning of the meeting, the first for Economic Development Week this week and Mental Health Awareness Month this month. He talked about the Urban Chicken Ordinance which the Council tabled and referred to the Policy, Administration and Employee Relations Committee.
