Eli Stines, Boone Mayor talks about Monday night’s Boone City Council Meeting. Stines said no one attended the required Special Meeting for the levy rate for the next fiscal year. For the regular council meeting, the council reviewed a possible ordinance permitting chickens in the city. The ordinance including some proposed changes by council members.
