Bill Skare, City Administrator and Waylon Andrews, Public Works Director talk about the Snow Ordinance and plans for snow removal with the changes to Story Street. Andrews provides update on lead service lines and Skare talks about projects being developed for both Boone Water Works and Water Environment Plant. Final projects and timing are still in the works.
