Eli Stines, Boone Mayor, talks about the Boone City Council meeting. Stines noted the budget amendment for the current fiscal year was passed with no questions. There were questions from neighbors to a proposed development in the 1200 Block of South Marshall Street. Hunziker Development Group is considering a development with townhomes and a couple of two story apart 12-plex apartments. The Council did proceed with the rezoning. A site plan has not been submitted at this time. Aired Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Regular concerts are Wednesday's at 7:30 at the Herman Park Pavilion. They also talk about the July 4th Concert and the Iowa Municipal Band Festival set for July 13th. Aired Monday, May 20, 2024
