He says yard was can be brought to the landfill at no charge on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during business hours. There is a charge Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A successful pilot program to deal with the matter does require automated monitoring for the DNR. Stines also reports the City was successful with a RISE Grant Application to the DOT.
