He explained that one business owner in the R.L. Fisher Business Park spoke against the rezoning. The Council also approved updating the contract with U.S. Water for operation of both the Boone Water Works and Water Environment Station. The contract update will allow the use of State Revolving Loan proceeds for planned projects at both plants. Aired Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
