John Roosa, Administrator, Boone County Landfill and Recycling talks about safety with items going to the landfill, especially unused fireworks or similar items that may contribute to dangerous situations at the landfill and recycling center. He also talked about the positive step forward with plans for methane extraction, but said it would be a couple of years before a system would be operational. Aired Wednesday, July 03, 2024.
