Ryder Eklund and Landon Alexander of Ogden both lost in the first round and the consolation rounds of the Iowa High School Athletic Association State Wrestling Championships in Des Moines. 

Ajay Braddock and Brody Warrick are still wrestling in the consolation rounds of the Iowa High School Athletic Association State Wrestling Championships in Des Moines.  Trent Eckard and Mason Oostenink both lost in the first round and second consolation round and are done competing.

The Boone girls’ basketball team ended its season at Newton Wednesday, February 19, with a 41-37 loss. 

The Boone boys’ basketball team lost to Nevada, 64-48, Monday, February 17, at Boone in non-conference play.

Toryn Severson scored a school record 53 points as the Madrid boys’ basketball team exploded to a 118-36 victory over Melcher-Dallas Monday, February 17, at Madrid, in the first round of Class 1A, Region 6, district play.
