BOONE, Iowa—Boone Police Chief John Wiebold has filled another vacancy on the Boone Police Department with the hiring of Alexis Clark. Clark was sworn in at the Boone City Council meeting Monday evening, and according to Wiebold will begin the process of becoming a Boone Police Officer this week. Clark if from Stuart, Iowa.
