She also says the Board had received the final audit report, but didn’t have enough time for a review. They had received information last month, a preliminary look at the audit and will consider adopting the audit when they meet in early December. A big impact on the audit has been the loss of the second operating room due to the sprinkler head malfunction in July. Work to rebuild the second operating room is expected to be completed this week.
