BOONE, Iowa—Residents in the Logansport area will once again experience some single lane traffic on 198th Road today. Last week, Boone County Secondary Roads personnel were preparing the site for a culvert lining project. Today, the contractor CIT will be in take care of the lining work. Everything is anticipated to be complete later this afternoon.
