Brenda Lynne Flugstad, 59, Boone – Pled guilty to Theft 2nd (Class D Felony). Received a deferred judgment, probation, and civil penalties. Case investigated by Boone Police.
Benjamin Richard Whitver, 43, Boone – Pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana (Class D Felony). Deferred judgment with probation, substance abuse evaluation, and civil penalties. Case investigated by Boone Police.
Shane Edward Steinlicht, 50, Boone – Pled guilty to Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations Causing Bodily Injury (Aggravated Misdemeanor). Sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 12 days served and remainder suspended. Placed on probation with mental health evaluation. Case investigated by Boone Police.
