BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 89 year old Darwin ‘Dean’ Pevestorf of Ames, Iowa and formerly of Stratford, Iowa. Dean’s body has been cremated. A private family Graveside Service and burial will be held at the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone at a later date.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets, Boone, Iowa on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Iowa Chapters of the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
