BOONE, Iowa—The 95th DMACC Boone Campus Commencement was held Friday morning in the Boone Campus Gymnasium.
DMACC Boone Campus Journalism Transfer student Camry Jones of Okoboji will welcome family and friends to the graduation ceremony. Abby Howie, a Senior Vice President & Market President for Peoples Bank in Boone and a recent addition to the DMACC Foundation Board delivered the commencement address.
Nearly 170 Boone Campus students graduated this Spring. Among those students graduating was Nathan Hobbiebrunken of Nevada, the first-ever graduate of the DMACC Power Equipment Technology program on the Boone Campus
DMACC Boone Campus Provost Drew Nelson presided over the commencement. A nursing pinning ceremony was held in the Boone Campus Gymnasium following the commencement.
