ANKENY, Iowa—Authors Matthew Dickman and Kazim Ali will read from their works from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Wed., April 14 at DMACC’s 18th Celebration of Literary Arts.
Dickman is the author of three full length collections, “All American Poem,” which won the 2008 American Poetry Review/Honickman First Book Prize in Poetry,” Mayakovsky’s Revolver,” and “Wonderland.” Ali’s books include the volumes of poetry “Inquisition;” “Sky Ward;” “The Far Mosque,” winner of Alice James Books’ New England/New York Award; “The Fortieth Day” and “All One’s Blue, in addition to novels and books of essays.
