BOONE, Iowa—A Celebration of Life has now been planned for 75 year old Douglas “Doug” Tonsfeldt of Boone, Iowa. He passed away March 20, 2020 at the Madrid Home in Madrid, Iowa. The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life, Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the main shelter house in McHose Park, Boone, Iowa. The family will be there from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. There will be a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m.
The Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets, Boone handled arrangements that were delayed due to COVID-19 protocols. That information is available at www.schroedermemorialchapel.com.
