DES MOINES, Iowa—The U.S. Drought Monitor map this week shows a slight increase in drought conditions and an increase in Abnormally Dry conditions, especially in South Central Iowa. Locally, Boone, Story, Hamilton, Webster, and Greene Counties were still 100% drought free.
