DES MOINES, Iowa—For the first time in four years, there are no drought conditions in Iowa. About 25% of the state is considered Abnormally Dry with most of that focused in Eastern Iowa. However, there is a portion of Boone County considered Abnormally Dry and that’s about 30% of the southern part of the county.
