Eli Stines, Boone Mayor talks about items that came up during the regular Council Meeting on Monday. City Administrator Bill Skare officially told the Council he is retiring at the end of the fiscal year. Stines says he will seek proposals from search firms to aid the Council if finding a new Administrator.
