Eli Stines, Boone Mayor, talks about the Boone City Council meeting held Monday, November 17th. Stines reviewed some of the information presented by Holly Stecker, Main Street Director. He also talks about the council proceeding with nearly $1.3 million for the improvements for the Sanitary Sewer Plant, started about three years ago. Stines also talked about the safety issues surrounding a possible hunt in the city to control the deer population. The residential density makes it difficult to make a plan that could be submitted to the DNR. Aired Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
