BOONE, Iowa—The Ericson Public Library is hosting a Kickoff Carnival for the 2019 Summer Reading Program. 7th Street between Greene Street and Arden Street will be closed from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. to host the Kickoff Carnival. People traveling in the area are reminded that there will be quite a bit of pedestrian traffic as well.
