BOONE, Iowa—Funeral arrangements have been set for 74-year old Gary Van Buskirk of Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with a Memorial Mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa. Following his wishes, Gary’s body has been cremated. Burial of his cremated remains will be held at a later date in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Des Moines, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
In memory of Gary, memorials may be directed to the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone or the Boone Babe Ruth Program.
