
The Ogden baseball team wrapped up its regular-season schedule Wednesday, July 1, with a 9-5 non-conference loss to Grand View Christian at Ogden High School.
Colson Carson had three hits, including a double and also scored two runs and stole two bases.
Hunter Mitchels added a hit and an RBI, while Keagan Ristvedt finished with a hit and a run scored.
Brody Burdette also collected a hit for the Bulldogs.
Treyton Mitchell and Aidyn Fitzsimmons each scored a run.
Ryder Hamil drove in a run for the Bulldogs.
Starting pitcher Ristvedt recorded two strikeouts.
Mitchels was charged with the loss in relief despite striking out two batters.
Hamil and Thomas Bergstrom each added a strikeout during their relief appearances.
Ogden is set to host South Hamilton (1-19) in a Class 2A Substate 2 first-round game on Friday, July 3, at Ogden High School.
