BOONE, Iowa—Grabau Construction will begin the Green Space Stage project this week. Boone Public Works has announced the closing of the alley west of the Green Space for the delivery and installation of the steel frame for the stage structure. The alley closure will be 3:00 this (Tuesday) afternoon until 3:00 Friday afternoon. Of course it will be weather dependent. The wood finish on the original stage has been salvaged and will be used to wrap the steel framework. Completion, weather permitting, by September 1st.
