John Roosa, Administrator for the Boone County Landfill and Boone County Recycling, gives updates on the progress of projects at the landfill, the force main project and the new and last cell that will possibly be developed on the current site. Science and engineering might offer some options in the future, but the biggest effort will be done locally. Recycling for many is voluntary, but at the drop off locations, there are obviously many using the option.
