John Roosa, Administrator, Boone County Landfill and Recycling. Roosa visits about landfill operations, including the final days for free yard waste disposal for this season. He did talk about the fact that it had been a pretty uneventful season, until this past week when someone railroad ties and landscape bricks in a load of brush and branches.
