John Roosa, Administrator, Boone County Landfill and Recycling. Roosa visits about some of the work being done to try and extend the life of the Boone County Landfill. Recently, the Boone County Board of Supervisors approved an agreement with WHKS Engineering to develop plans, bid and oversee the construction of a force main to move leachate from the landfill to the Boone Wastewater Plant.
