John Slight, Boone Mayor talks about Tuesday night’s Boone City Council meeting. He talks about the vote to go ahead with a downtown tree planting project and the council voting to move ahead with projects for both the water and sewer plants. Slight also says the council approved setting the speed limit on Corporal Roger Snedden Drive at 40 mph due to expected increases in traffic for the new Ledges Elementary School.
