Kris Blocker, Visit Boone County and BJ McGinn, Athletic Director, DMACC talk about the inaugural NJCAA Division II Women’s Golf Championship to be played at Cedar Pointe Golf Course in Boone in mid-May. They visit about the work that’s gone into the first ever National Championship event held in Boone County. Blocker talked about the number of businesses and individuals that have stepped up to help with sponsorships. Both Blocker and McGinn talked about the number of people that have volunteered to help with the event. Aired Thursday, April 24, 2025.
