Angstrom appeared in place of Mayor Dave Casotti. Angstrom talked about the Council meeting and also talked about the recent budget meeting held by the City Council. He said the Council was pleased with the balanced budget, and the ability to keep the rate unchanged. He also chairs the Council’s Utility Committee and noted that they did not have a meeting this week, but there are a lot of big projects coming up.
