BOONE, Iowa—The Ledges State Park is celebrating 100 years as a State Park this year. Saturday the Friends of the Ledges and partners will be hold a “Grand Centennial Event!” They’ve been using the theme, “Rock Solid for 100 Years”.
Because events and activities are in multiple locations, the Friends of the Ledges will make available a shuttle service from Noon to 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
A Rededication of the Ledges State Park will be held on Saturday, November 9th.
