BOONE, Iowa—The second Special Session of the Iowa Legislature will be held Thursday and a decision will be made on the second set of maps produced by the Legislative Services Agency. Last week, we passed along maps detailing the proposed Congressional boundaries and also the proposed State Senate and State House District’s. Earlier this month, the Iowa Senate voted along party lines to reject the first set of maps.
