The “Battle for the Bridge” trophy will be played for Friday night when Madrid and Woodward Granger get together on the football field. A football series that started back in the 1960’s between the two neighboring communities will now have a trophy (posted below) that will go to the winner of the game each year. Woodward Granger currently holds a five game winning streak in the series with the Tigers’ last win coming in 2016. Friday night’s game will kickoff in Woodward at 7pm
