Marty Lamoureux, Board Member, Boone County Historical Society, talks about programs and projects for the Historical Society. First she touched on work done to address landscaping around the Historical Center. The project is not expected to be completed until next spring. Lamoureux also talked about the recent ribbon cutting of the Fareway Gallery and she said November will feature a Veterans Display with special focus on Vietnam Veterans. The Historical Society is also presenting a Saturday Scholar presentation with Charles Irwin speaking about the Linwood Park Cemetery. Aired Wednesday, October 08, 2025.
