BOONE, Iowa—A funeral service has been set for 90 year old Mary C. Pearson of Boone, Iowa. She passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the Hearthstone Memorial Care Unit at the Eastern Star Masonic Home, Boone, Iowa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Boone, Iowa at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2020. Attendance of the Mass will be limited to immediate family. Visitation will be held at the Schroeder-Reimers Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall Streets in Boone, Sunday, June 7th from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19, gathering capacity will be monitored and social distancing and use of masks will be encouraged.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary’s name may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic School.
