Mikaela Kienitz, CEO, Boone County Hospital, Health Talk. Kienitz visits about the software upgrade to the Hospitals computer system. She doesn’t anticipate any major issues and says the platform should be beneficial to providers and patients. Headed toward the end of the fiscal year, Kienitz noted that the hospital’s finances are very strong as a result of increased patient traffic and in house services. She also wants the public to be aware that the Hospital is celebrating it’s 125th Anniversary on Saturday, June 28th and there will be a celebration. Aired Thursday, May 29, 2025.
