BOONE, Iowa—A sizable portion of Iowa remains drought free with some minor improvement in Abnormally Dry conditions noted in the most recent Drought Monitor Map. This week’s data shows Abnormally Dry conditions improved by a couple of tenths of a percent for the only change. Moderate Drought and Severe Drought conditions were unchanged and are located in Northwest Iowa.
