BOONE, Iowa—The Boone School Board took time Monday to recognize Darci Newcomb with the DORS Award for the month of November. Middle School Principal Scott Kelly spoke on behalf of the nomination, noting that Newcomb always goes above and beyond when it comes to help students become successful.
